He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Caggy and Irene Caggy. He is survived by: his brother Robert Caggy. He is also survived by his four nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carter Funeral Home, Inc. (1604 Grant Blvd, Syracuse, NY 13208). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
