He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kulpinski and Evelyn Kulpinski (Spencer); and his siblings, Stevie Kulpinski, Ray Kulpinski and Diane Gould (Kulpinski).
He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Smith); his brother John T Kulpinski (Carol); his children, Roger Kulpinski, Jr., Thomas Lawrence, Theresa Kulpinski (Kevin) and Tammy Kulpinski (Jeff); his stepdaughter Laura Getek (Dana); and his grandsons, Matthew, Nicholas and Samuel. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
