He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Corts Rowlands; and his parents, Jack and Marguerite. He is survived by: his sons, Roger (Mary) of Syracuse, Steven of Marcellus and Brian (Cheryl) of East Syracuse; his grandchildren, Sheila, Mark, Brooke, Brian, Tyler and Michael; and his great grandchild Fletcher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
