He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrien Coulombe and Olivette Coulombe (Caouette); and his daughter Lisa Falasco. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Boucher; his son Michael Coulombe (Mary) of Constantia; his grandchildren, Brian, Nicholas Coulombe (Lisa), Tina Lupton (Wendel), Erik and Nathan Falasco; and his great grandchildren, Owen, Noah, Rachel, Desmond, Emma and Aileen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
