She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey S. of Syracuse, Timothy R. of Syracuse and William M. of Syracuse.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carter Funeral Home, Inc. (1604 Grant Blvd, Syracuse, NY 13208). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
