He is survived by: his wife Martha Mills Trout; his sons, Robert Trout Jr. (Andrea) and Jonathan Trout (Christina); his grandchildren, Nikkole, R. J. Masullo, Grant, Niko Trout and Michael Cerone; his great grandchildren, Brice, Madison and Jamison; his siblings, Paul Trout (Janice), Mim Madison and Evelyn Riordan; and his pets, Holly and Nikita. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
