He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Blalock and Annie Lou Young. He is survived by: his children, Robert M. Blalock, Jr. of Syracuse, NY, Steven M. Blalock (Leyanne), Christopher R. Blalock (Stephanie) of Durham, Kenneth Blalock of Queens, NY, Capacine Blalock of Bronx, NY, Patricia Yarborough of Hampton, VA, Theresa Foster (James) of Hampton, VA and Collietha Hawley of Durham. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; and twenty-two great grandchildren.
