He was predeceased by: his father Ted Hoffman; his son Robbie; and his brother Dave. He is survived by: his wife Carmella (Palmitesso); his sister Dotsie; his daughters, Judi (Vince), Maria (Gary) and Dodi (Ray); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Kyle, Peter, Christopher, Jessica (Danny), Michael, Ashley (Brett), Kira (Joe) and Robert. He is also survived by his 4 great grandchildren.
