He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Cusano and Veronica Cusano; and his siblings, Shirley Farricy and Joseph Cusano. He is survived by: his wife MaryAnne Cusano (Piraino); his children, Christine Ferguson (Garett), David Cusano (Autumn) and Julie Cusano; his grandchildren, Eric, Ethan Ferguson and Brianna Bowles; his brother Nicholas Cusano; and his sister-in-law Marlene Cusano. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
