He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Capucilli and Josephine Frank (Werpachowski); and his grandson Jacob Isidore Capucilli-Shatan. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Capucilli-Shatan (Jeremy), Kristina Capucilli and Carrie Miller (Doug); and his siblings, Thomas Frank (Cheryll), Patricia Carroll (Robert) and James Frank. He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
