He was predeceased by: his sister Susan. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Nave; his children, Rachel Ludwig (Eric), Stephen and Austin Simone; his sisters, Teresa Cleland (Jon) and Mary Dell'Olio (Vinny); and his grandchildren, Will, Jack and Emma.
