He is survived by: his wife Etta Kerfien; his daughters, Donna, Diane (Michael) and Penny; his grandchildren, Jessica (James), Carolyn (Clint), Jennifer (Carl) and Dustin; and his brothers, Bob, Fred, Ed and Tom. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
