He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean; his stepchildren, Wendy LaFountaine (SC), Cindy Vivlamore (FL), Steven LaFountaine (GA) and Shane LaFountaine (SC); and his children, Kathy Lengyel (OH), Steven Dunham (CO) and Christopher Dunham.
