He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia; and his daughter Kristen. He is survived by: his daughters, Marianne Kokosenski and Debra Jones (Kenneth); his granddaughter Kathryn; his son Rick (Laureen); and his granddaughter Brenna Jo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
