With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard J. Higgins of Syracuse, New York, born in Attica, New York, who passed away on June 24, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Sr. Higgins and Esther Kolwitz Higgins; and his brothers, Lloyd Jr., David, Ray and Jim Higgins.
He is survived by: his sister Marilyn Wilson of Attica; and his nieces and nephews, Deb Bender, Sandi Reynolds (Tom), Sue Wilson (Darrell), Mike Wilson (Sharon), Dan Wilson, Don Wilson (Kathie) and John Higgins (Gabbey).
Memorial contributions are requested to any children's charity of the donor's choice.
