It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard G. Winsor Sr. of Syracuse, New York, who passed away on July 8, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Jean M. Winsor; and his son Timothy. He is survived by: his children, Richard Winsor Jr. (Jennifer) of Syracuse, Gary Winsor, Steven Winsor (Jennifer), Melissa Havener-Smith (Scott) of Oswego and Cheryl Winsor-Marion; and his sister Dolores Brown of Syracuse. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
