He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fremont Schneider and Edith Schneider; his spouse Shirley Louise Engel; his children, Wendie Schneider of Wilmington, NC and Richard; his daughter-in-law Lynn Schneider of Brewerton, NY.; his granddaughters, Stephanie Pope, Jenifer Pontello (Richard), Lauren Worden (Rod) and Erin Schneider (Jason Barney); and his great grandchildren, Devin Pope (Brianna), Aisley Pope, Linley Pope, Dominick Merrill and Ricky Pontello. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
