He was predeceased by: his parents, Laureat Blouin and Eve Blouin; his wife Alice Blouin; and his brother Roger Blouin. He is survived by: his brothers, Mario Blouin and Gatien Blouin (Carole) of Canada; his children, Rachel Fisher (Mike) of Syracuse, NY. and Eric Blouin (Amanda) of Syracuse, NY.; his grandchildren, Jacob Fisher, RJ Fisher, Jackson Blouin and Madisyn Blouin; and his great grandchild Sophia Fisher.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Butler-Badman Funeral Home, Inc. (4504 W Seneca Turnpike, Syracuse, NY 13215). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
