She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Murphy and Julia Murphy; and her brother Gerald Murphy Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Leonard Testa Sr.; her children, Shana Testa and Leaonard Testa Jr.; her brother Harry Murphy Jr.; and her grandchildren, Ondreya Bauzo, Natalya Baker, Angelina Testa and Gabriella Testa. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Frances House of Syracuse, New York.
