He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Szczech and Helen Szczech. He is survived by: his wife Jane "Janie"; his son Jacob of Baldwinsville; his granddaughter River; and his brother John (Laurie) of Camillus. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Buranich Funeral Home (5431 W Genesee St, Camillus, NY 13031). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 6:30 PM and on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at the Riverview Cemetery (70 Tappan St, Baldwinsville, NY 13027).
