Wright of Syracuse, New York, born in Brewton, Alabama, who passed away on May 8, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lodea Ausby and Rosie Lee Ausby; and her daughter Benisa Chanell Wright. She is survived by: her husband Howard Wright, III; her children, Chareeta L. Wright-James (Alexander), JahQuan Bey-Wright (Nadia), Dr. LaToya R. Wright, Tawanna L. Graham (Michael) and Tammara Wright-McCray (Ervin); and her siblings, Willie B. Ausby, Leitha L. Gaines, Rosa L. Hall (Charles), Victoria J. Nolan (Paul), Rev. Lodea Ausby, Jr. (Angelina), Rev. Henry Ausby (Lorena) and Rena R. Holman (Reginald). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
