Pietro Corasaniti Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2021, at the age of 90, Pietro Corasaniti of Syracuse, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Pietro Corasaniti to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Giuseppe Corasaniti and Caterina Corasaniti; his wife Carmela Corasaniti (Bugge); his children, Caterina Verginio (Anthony) and Joseph Corasaniti (Joanne); his grandchildren, Melissa Nilsson (Jay), Cara Noonan (Sean), Peter Corasaniti (Ashley), Ashley Corasaniti, Michael Verginio and Ryan Verginio (Megan); and his siblings, Vincent Corasaniti (Columba) of Syracuse, Salvatore, Maria, Franca, Antonio and Dora. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The Franklin remained one of the oldest landmarks in Syracuse until December of 2020 when it had to close its doors due to the Pandemic.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Peter's name may be made to Our Lady of Pompei/St.
