He is survived by: his wife Frances Zuckerwar; his sons, Phillip Michael Bradshaw (Lesley) of Albany and Joel Mark Bradshaw of Rome, NY; his grandchildren, Stella Eve Bradshaw and Van Carter Bradshaw of Delmar, NY; his parents, Madeline Bradshaw Cross (Yager) of Mechanicville, NY and Raymond Harold Bradshaw of Rexford, NY; his siblings, Elaine Joyce Guidice (Steve) of New Mexico and Raymond A. Bradshaw (Jan) of Schenectady, NY; his sister-in-law Pamela Cianfrocco (Ricky); and his nephew Zachary J. Cianfrocco. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
As a way to acknowledge the love Phillip had for his grandchildren, Stella Eve and Van Carter, the family's wish is that donations given in memory of Phillip be directed to the Phillip M Bradshaw Memorial scholarship fund (PayPal.Me/BradshawMemorialFund) for the education and nurture of his grandchildren.
