He is survived by: his wife Lucille Smith (Vespa); his children, Kimberly Smith Ford (Michael Ford) and Keith Smith (Jasmine); his grandchildren, Angelo and Cecilia; his stepgrandson Anthony; his siblings, Richard Smith (Julianne), Steve Simaneau (Roseanne), Julia Piquet (Rick) and Karen Kreis (Randy); and his close friend Andy Marshall (Donna). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
