He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Bazydlo and Stella Johanna Bazydlo (Balamut); his sister Gabrielle Barbuto; and his brother-in-law Paul Cerio. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cerio Bazydlo; his daughter Paula Bleck (Aaron) of Wethersfield, CT; his grandchildren, Jonathan and Amelia; his adoptive son Earl Bazydlo; his siblings, Patricia Harlow (Richard), Jacqueline Misquadis and Edmund Bazydlo (Bonnie); and his brothers-in-law, Phillip Cerio (Joyce) and Peter Cerio. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
