He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Bessie; and his siblings, Marsha, Bruce, Helen and Roseanne.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his siblings, Joanne Ennis and Fred Wilsey; his sons, Paul Wilsey (Carley), Herbert Wilsey (Mary) and Clarence Wilsey (Theresa); and his stepchildren, Bobby Kolb (Marsha), Chuckie Kolb (Lynn), David Kolb, Jimmy Kolb, Susan Burton (Steve) and Richard Kolb (Susan). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Lyncourt Fire Dept or St. Daniels Church in Lyncourt.
