He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Aniela and Nicholas Stobnicke; his wife Sybil Barnes; his siblings, Helen Cunningham, Anna Kasparek, Jenny Kurowski, Frances Golas, Edward, Stanley and Mitchell; his children, Paula Ranous (George), Kat Schofield, David (Mary Lang), Michael Amanté and Gary (Pamela); his grandchildren, Denise Rojek (Carmen), Laurie, Christopher Ranous, Nashoba Stobnicke (Angela), Cheyton Villaluz, Miigizheekwe Stobnicke, Niimaanakwit Memegos, Giana, Luka, Gracie Amante, Lance and Tristan Stobnicke; his great grandchildren, Alexis Sokol (Dan), Tyler, Samantha Donohue, Nashoba Gregory and Aliviya Stobnicke; his great great grandchild Elora Sokol; and his friend Paul. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
