He was predeceased by: his father Jack Michaels. He is survived by: his mother Susan Michaels (Robarge); his wife Kelly (Henderson); his children, Jack and Hadley; his siblings, John (Colette), William and Susan Moak; his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Donna Henderson; and his sister-in-law Tracy Galusha. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to The Lustgarten Foundation/ 415 Crossways Park Drive, Suite D/ Woodbury, NY 11797 in honor of Paul's dad, Dr. Jack R. Michaels, who passed in 2011 after a year long battle with pancreatic cancer.
