We are sad to announce that on May 13, 2023, at the age of 91, Patricia Jane Rouse of Syracuse, New York, born in Boston, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Elroy; her children, Michael Rouse (Kim) of Troy, Michigan and Teresa Rouse of Rochester, NY; and her granddaughter Allison Smith (Austin) of Annadale, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
