She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil G. Loomis and Dorothy Case; her husband Eugene Chapman; her siblings, Jacqueline Case, Sharon Corr and Sandy Loomis; and her close friends, Julie McCleery and Mary Jane Licardo.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Sawtell (Joe) and Danielle Gillmore; her granddaughters, Jamie Lopez (Israel), Ashley Williams (Tyler) and Kylee Gillmore; her great grandchild Cataleya Lopez; her siblings, Mary Jane Walker and Neil Loomis; and her former husband Gerald Welch (Trinh). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, horse friends and school friends.
