It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ottavio P. Nami of Syracuse, New York, who passed away on July 19, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ottavio P. Nami to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Nami and Michelina Nami (Buonvecchio); his wife Dorothy Nami (Spagnoletti); his son Stephen Ottavio Nami; his daughter-in-law Julia Bovalino; and his sister Rose Marotta.

He is survived by: his sons, Michael Nami, Nicholas Nami (Donna) and Thomas Nami (Daryl Bell); his daughter-in-law Lucy Nami; his grandchildren, Jason Nami (Amanda), Marisa Hameline (A. J.), Anthony Nami and Alexander Nami (Joelene VanZile); and his great grandchildren, Alessandra, Julianna VanZile-Nami, Piper and Hayden Hameline. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
