She was predeceased by: her husband Erwin "Fred". She is survived by: her son Thomas; her daughter-in-law Patricia Cook of Phoenix, N. Y; her daughter Denise Cook of California; her granddaughters, Stacey Cook of Clay, N. Y and Shelley (Kevin Schlie) of Cicero; and her great grandchild Penelope Schlie. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
