He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick Azzarello and Margaret Azzarello; and his brothers, Kenneth and Dominick, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Dominick Azzarello (Melissa) of Norwich and Virginia Lyboult (Ralph) of Camillus; and his brother Andrew Azzarello (Anne Marie). He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
