He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Masterpole and Josephine Masterpole. He is survived by: his wife Marianna Masterpole (Gilmartin); his children, Carl (Sue), Mary Jo Hayes (Mickey), Anne Marie Donohue (Ed), Nick (Kim), Marty (Heather) and Peter; his grandchildren, Nichole of Bobby, CJ, Marah, Kevin, Shane, Ellie, Michael, Molly and Anna; and his sister Pauline Gross.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the St. Patrick's- St. Brigid's Parish Heritage Fund, 216 N. Lowell Ave Syracuse, NY 13204.
