He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil D. Sullivan and Emma Sullivan. He is survived by: his children, Denice Sullivan Linehan, Terry (Judy), Kathy (Vicki), Tim (Mary Ellen), Peggy Riggin (Mike) and Patrick (Dawn); his grandchildren, Kristin Johnson (Cael), Nicolette Baratta (Justin), Lauren Ehlers (Mike), Madeline, Emma, Katie and Casey Sullivan; and his great grandchild Aurora Baratta.
