She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Bray of Syracuse, NY; her parents, George Felton and Hazel Felton; and her siblings, Dean Felton, Gaylord Felton and Joan Santoro.
She is survived by: her niece Lisa Laing (Robert); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelsey and Brendan; her nephew Bruce Santoro (Susan); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jessica Rimatello (Nick), Nicholas, David Felton, Mike Felton, Mark Felton and Julie Felton Foster.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Naomi's memory to the American Cancer Society, 6725 Lyons St., East Syracuse, NY 13057.
