She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kimball and Ruth Kimball; and her brother William. She is survived by: her children, Linda Herbig, Ed Bates Jr., Beth Luhr (Mark), Patty Barrette (Dave), Jackie Bates, Bill Bates Kathleen Watkins (Doree) and Ruth Nelson (Tom). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
