He is survived by: his children, Henry Scott, Gary Scott (Mary), Terry Rice (Carletta), Randolph Rice, Carmelita Rice and Ellen Thomas (Ronald); and his siblings, Lacie Chance of Dunn, NC, Della Currie of Godwin, NC, Ella Williams, Annie Jones of Fayetteville, NC, Pascal Currie of Dunn, NC and Bernard Currie (Deedra) of Newton Grove, NC. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
