She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Pete Franklin; her children, Nancy Finch (Bill), Laurel Mulvihill (Gene), Mark Franklin (Mary Ann) and Andrew Franklin (Susan); and her stepchildren, John Moreland, Roger Moreland, Nancy Ballagh and Gregory Moreland. She was also cherished by 13 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
Although a florist's daughter Millie would prefer donations be made to St. Lucy's or Francis House, 108 Michaels Ave., Syracuse, NY 13208.
