He was predeceased by: his sons, William Yager and Michael Spinner; and his sister Patty Pasho. He is survived by: his wife Terri; his children, Tiffany Spinner of Syracuse, Raymond Spinner of Syracuse, Steven Yager of Syracuse and James Spinner of Syracuse; and his siblings, Kathy Lawson of Phoenix, NY, Chrissy Spinner of Phoenix, NY and Norman Spinner of Phoenix, NY. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
