He is survived by: his children, Kelly McAlear (Earl) of Denver, Adam Gilkey of East Syracuse and Shawna Gilkey (Trisha) of Watertown, NY.; and his siblings, Linda Welch of Minoa, NY, Mark A. Gilkey (Sally) of Kirkville, NY and Christine Gilkey of Syracuse, NY.. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
