He is survived by: his children, Leon and Maxine Burgin (Marvin); his siblings, Gregory J. Tearney (Judy Modafferi) and Stacey Tearney; and his wife Joyce Shepard of Binghamton, NY. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
