We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2023, Matthew J. DeSantis (Syracuse, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James, June McNamara and Joan DeSantis. He is survived by: his parents, Patrick DeSantis and June DeSantis (Mickey); his siblings, Patrick (Marcy) of Maryland and Amy; and his nephews, Mark Collins and Dylan DeSantis. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

“I am shocked and saddened to hear of Matt's passing. He visited (and reviewed) our agency financials on many occasions and I always looked forward to his visits. I would take time to chat with him as he was quite frankly nothing but a genuine, likable man. My sincere condolences to your family on such an enormous loss. Matt will be remembered fondly.”
