She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack O'Brien and Betty O'Brien; her brother Jack O'Brien; and her sons, Mark and Tim Wallace.
She is survived by: her friend Peg; her husband John Wallace Sr.; her sons, John Wallace II and James Wallace; her grandchildren, Tyler, Adriana and Gabriel; and her sister Bernadette O'Brien. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
