It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary (Militi) Discenza of Syracuse, New York, who passed away on August 27, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Isadore "Izzy" Discenza; and her siblings, Nancy Grenga, Vito, Joseph, John and Anthony Militi.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Albanese (Jim), Frank Discenza (Kim) and Dan Discenza (John Alden, Jr.); her grandchildren, Frank (Julie), A. J. (Mary), Jim Albanese (Alisa), Michael (Beth), Amy (Kevin) and Dan Discenza (Emily); and her sister Connie Favalo. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
