She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hazel Bogan and Edward Bogan; her husband Charles W. Fegley (Bill); her brother Edward J. Bogan; her children, Kathleen Kolb (John) of Fayetteville, Karen O'Rourke (Michael) of Rochester Hills, Michael Fegley (Laurie) of North Syracuse and Susan Decker (David) of Marcellus; and her parents-in-law, Therese, Sally Fegley and Jeananne Gibeault. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
