She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Shiel and Mary Agnes Shiel (Corbett). She is survived by: her husband Michael; her sons, Andrew of Geddes and Matthew of Brooklyn, NY; and her siblings, Martin Shiel (Patricia) and Theresa Snyder (John) of Geddes. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the St. Patrick's Church (216 N Lowell Ave, Syracuse, NY 13204). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
