She was predeceased by: her husband Willie J. Gandy; and her children, Gwenette "Sissy" Voyadgis and Clark "Binky" Gandy. She is survived by: her daughters, Tarea Teasley (Mark), Rae Martin (Gandy) and Kristine White (Calvin). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and sisters-in-laws; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
