He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathleen Burgess and Norman Burgess; and his son William Burgess. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his daughter Catherine; his grandchildren, Jaddah and Janeise Fuentes; his great grandchild Luis Maldonado IV; and his siblings, Linda Le Rose, Denise, Rick, Bobby and Joe Burgess. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 his private funeral service will be held on Monday, May 11, 2020 at the Edward J. Ryan and Son Funeral Home.
