She was predeceased by: her former husband Raymond H. Fields; and her husband Donald Hoffman (Jake Romas). She is survived by: her children, Betty-Lou Fields (Richard Hawley, Sr.), Judson E. Fields (Joanne) and William C. Fields (Amy). She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, 9 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
